where do u get the items for the weapns like the tusker blade

Do war waves for certain tribes like G'Joob for armor fragments Grrol for weapon fragments and Linus for Fish, fish drops just fish then on the same options list goto talk/shops and open one of their shops and purchase their weapons. Simple as that.

i did but i didnt get anything

Then you either have no more free space in your inventory or you dont have enough armor fragments or you dont have one in the beginning and chose upgrade instead of shop.
