Frostval is coming!!! 
To get to this years frostval celebration u must complete the past 2 years frostval. just like in mogloween(thats why i didnt participate in this years mogloween

Meh I liked Noxus's reappearance and the "2 turtle ninja doves" reference, and besides the cool frost moglin armor meh the story wasnt that cool.

that armor was UBER, it destroyed all! definitely worth training IMO
