we can get dcs for free but there going to spam u with real mail...so dont reccomend asking your parents or if your older doing it

Lol I dont think they have control over that just like they dont have control over what google advertises on their forums, (Ex. FREE RUNESCAPE HACKS AND LEVELING!). Besides they give us a choice.
