ok first u need a picture. just press the print screen button on ur keyboard and open a paint document program. Then edit it in away u see fit when ur done save it either as bitmap (bmp) like i do. If the pictures dont upload rite and it says pictures didnt save correctly then go resave the as jpeg and it should work. (seth ur really too lazy to say this little bit of info?)

fine heres the easiest way of doing it.(this is going to be hard for me)

1. take a picture
2. save it
3.upload on ur profile page

(its hard making it sound easy)
